Chef Vic
Chef Vic is the Executive chef and co-owner of Sushi Affair. 
He has been ​creating high quality sushi art for thousands of
discerning sushi lovers for the past ten years. 

Chef Vic was trained by Master Sushi Chef, Jeff Roberto,
owner of Sushi on a Roll. Chef Roberto that has been
catering sushi in the San Diego area 
for the past 30 years.  

Chef Vic has worked at various fine establishments, working,
learning and sharpening his sushi skills at Mr. Sushi Restaurant, 
On Broadway Nightclub, Encore Catering
and Happy's Sushi Restaurant.

Welcome to Sushi Affair.  Thank you for visiting our website. We have been bringing joy to sushi lovers in San Diego county and surrounding areas since 2008.

Our company specializes in catering sushi for all occasions - small intimate parties, bridal showers, birthday parties, weddings, benefits, fundraisers, holiday celebrations, and large corporate events.

We are based in beautiful San Diego, Calif.  We are willing to travel to your event, whether it's in San Diego county, Long Beach, Los Angeles or Palm Springs. We will set up a full sushi bar, ​tailored to your party guests, complete with your own Personal Sushi Chef!
