COVID-19 and How we are ensuring the safety of our chefs and customers
Our team members and our customers are our top priority. Here are some of the steps that we have taken in order to maintain the safety of our team members and in the preparation of our sushi.
- Our team members are following San Diego County's protocols for Safe Reopening for Businesses and Restaurants
- Our chefs have received both doses of COVID-19 vaccines and boosters.
- Signage at the entrance to our facility, posting our San Diego County Safe Reopening plan
- Measures to protect our employee health
- Measures to protect employee safety
- Measures to protect customer safety
- Our kitchen facility is disinfected regularly, prep areas and cooking utensils are cleaned and sanitized daily.
- All team members are required to wear gloves, aprons and face masks while working and preparing sushi.
